A container that is so light that it does not even need rollers: The round containers, with a diameter of 32 cm, are made of impact-resistant molded plastic and have become design classics, with exhibitions at the MoMA in New York and at the Centre G. Pompidou in Paris. In black, white, red, copper, gold or silver.
OTTO cardboard chair
Design or anti-design? OTTO was designed in the “revolutionary” year of 1968 as part of a series called “Seats for the have-nots”, almost making it a piece of history. But one that perfectly reflects the issues of today: sustainability, flexibility, customizability, nonchalance. All this for less than 70 euros!
Hang it up, set it down, or carry it around: The conical lamp, which was created in 1998 by Munich designer Konstantin Grcic, is always where it is needed. The cable can be easily wrapped around the handle, and the cone-shaped diffuser, made of injection-molded polypropylene, is resistant against jolts.
